INSTALLATION GUIDE

Our Panels are designed to be installed with ease. ​

Gluing panels straight to the wall​

  • Apply a generous amount of adhesive or construction glue to the back of the panel and adhere to the wall. Firmly press to the wall to secure.​

Screwing panels to the wall or battens​​

  • Measure the size of the installation location on the wall.

  • Using black screws, screw the panels directly into the wall through the felt backing.

Screwing panels into the ceiling

  • Use step ladders or a panel lifter hoist jack for easy reach.

  • At least 2 people are required for this job.

  • Screw panels into ceiling joists (structural points).

Getting around switches and sockets

  • Measure the size and location of switch or socket. 

  • Transfer these measurements to the panel and mark out the location on the switch or socket.

  • Apply a masking tape to cut out area.

  • Cut out the marked area with a jigsaw.

  • Use a sandpaper to smoothen the sharp ends.

  • Check panel fit on the wall.

HOW TO CUT THE PANELS

  • Measure and mark out the area to be cut.

  • Use a sharp saw to cut through the slat panels.

  • Use utility/craft knife to cut through the felt width.

  • Use a sandpaper to smoothen the sharps ends.
